Our Principal, Neil Fletcher, provides a wealth of experience to our clients, with 30 years experience as a building designer, including 15 years as a registered builder.

Neil has had the pleasure of supervising the construction of some 250 houses, ranging in size from 10 squares to 55 squares, single residences to medium density developments.

Neil Fletcher Design Pty Ltd is a "boutique" family business with four family members carrying on a tradition of excellence in building design and administration.

Design and documentation are completed with a sophisticated and powerful computer package, which allows the generation of three dimensional views and "walk throughs".
