Following an agreement on costs, a detailed site measure and structural assessment is made of your home. Stage Two Preliminary concept sketches are then developed and discussed at the following meeting in our office. With designs produced on computer, we have the ability to produce 3D rendered views from all angles. Walk throughs and internal views may be generated to highlight specific details, areas or room layouts. Stage Three With the design finalised, completed drawings and building documentation are produced. At this time, structural requirements may then be identified and quantified.
